Your contribution fits into a coherent, global HR strategy, built around three pillars:
- Anticipating critical skills needs** through High Potential policies
- Objectifying and strengthening the reliability of HR decisions** through a rigorous annual People Review process
- Delivering a differentiated employee experience**, from leadership development to talent mobility
1. Lead and animate the Jump'In program
-As the main responsible for Jump'in, you will structure and drive the roadmap for the program, dedicated to GEODIS's young talent community (students, interns and young professionals).
-Actively contribute to planning, deliverables, communications and budget management.
-Animate global webinars, workshops, networking sessions and collaborative projects to help participants to become familiar with our business lines, strategic priorities and key stakeholders.
2. Contribute to High Potential policies and processes
- Support the ongoing management and evolution of talent identification frameworks
- Help structure related tools and materials
3. Prepare the annual People Review process
- Contribute to the logistical and methodological preparation of this Group-wide exercise
- Support the consolidation and formatting of talent review data
4. Contribute to cross-functional Talent Development projects
- Take part in initiatives related to leadership development, employee experience, and mobility
- Provide ad hoc support on projects with an international scope
Profil du candidat
- Master's level in Human Resources or Business School, with an interest in Talent Management and/or HR Development
- Autonomous, organized, rigorous and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills (multi-country, multi-business environment). Professional English required (worldwide scope)
- Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
