Job description
Ensuring that the company operates according to the highest ethical, legal, and
compliance standards; promoting the correct tone throughout the organization and, working with the leadership team, ensuring commitment by all employees to integrity, quality, compliance, and uncompromising ethics.
Participates in compliance/ethics investigations or Compliance cases
Providing day-to-day legal support to the other teams in the company such as Marketing, Product, Finance and Tech teams
Manage and reply to customer complaints
Review, draft and negotiation of various contracts related to the company's business;
Conducting legal research and preparing data or legal analyses for internal purposes;
Review and implementation of compliant procedures across the company;
Providing legal advice on matters relating to intellectual property rights, data protection.
Applicant's profile
Previous working experience in Compliance in the Logistics industry in a LATAM scope, mínimum of 10 years
At least 5 years with a Leadership role
Working knowledge regulations, labor standards, antifraud and anticorruption laws
Experience with various regulatory figures
Certification SCCE
Law, Industrial Engineer or other compatible degree
