Job description

• Suporte ao executivo de vendas no envio das propostas comerciais;
• Análises de documentos e elaboração de soluções logísticas para operações de transporte internacional de cargas;
• Negociação e levantamento de custos com nossos escritórios no exterior e pricing local.
• Follow up em algumas cotações enviadas, alinhado em conjunto com o Executivo de conta;
• Cumprir os deadlines das cotações solicitadas pelos clientes.
• Alimentar os sistemas internos da Geodis com as cotações e status da mesma.
• Instruções de embarque e alinhamento junto ao setor operacional após o fechamento do embarque;

Applicant's profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, sales analysis or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and experience in working with large volumes of data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and hierarchical levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the company's market and industry trends.
