Alternance Junior Global Business Process Owner (Record-to-Report & Controlling) H/F
Job description
The Junior GBPO will be a shared resource of both R2R GBPO and Controlling GBPO. Indeed, these two streams are closely linked with multiple interdependencies to manage. The Junior GBPO will help to bring end-to-end vision of processes.
The Junior GBPO will contribute to:
- Detailed design activities: Participate to Fit-to-standard and Fit-to-template workshops facilitating by the integrator. Contribute on detailed design activities like chart-of-accounts completion, accounting schemes definition. Support GBPO in interdependencies management (i.e., coordinate activities with Data Office for MDM and data steward/owners).
- Data migration activities: Assist Data migration team within data workshops in supporting the functional knowledge. Contribute to data preparation activities. Track and monitor data cleanse activities and report on progress. Support business owners in performing checks to verify the data in SAP S/4HANA.
- Pilot and Deployment activities: explain GEODIS Core Model to local users. Support/help them during User Acceptance Tests.
In addition, the Junior GBPO will help the R2R and CTR GBPOs:
- Support on project management activities,
- Help in facilitating a community of Local Business Process Owners,
- Contribute to change management initiatives.
The list of missions will evolve to adapt to the activities, context, and organization of the project phases.

You are currently a student looking for an apprenticeship. You are eager to learn and to grow alongside an experienced project team, working on a challenging and strategic project.
Hard skills:
- You have a strong finance background with expertise in accounting and controlling
- You demonstrate an appetite for IT subjects
- You have very good communication skills
- You consider yourself as a team player

- You are fluent in both French and English (working languages) – other languages is a plus
