IT Delivery Lead Procurement applications H/F

Description de la mission

The IT Delivery Lead will report to Procurement applications IT owner and will be responsible for overall IT projects' management related to GEODIS procurement global applications (ie IPORTA, HYPERLEX, INFOPARC, BASWARE, COUPA…).
For validated enhancement requests or projects, she/he will be in charge to follow their implementation from the specification to the delivery.
She/he will work closely with application owners, business partners, other stakeholders of the organization, implementation partner, both internal and external resources assigned to the project team.
On request, the IT delivery lead will participate, to ongoing GEODIS ERP transformation program and to implement COUPA worldwide.
Following activities will be part of her/his daily work:
Project Management with respect of GEODIS project management methodology and tools
o Follow the IT Procurement solution roadmap, ongoing evolutions on the software by the editor, to make sure that they're well aligned and integrated to our Core Model
Propose "best practices" to automate, optimize, simplify, and secure Procurement business processes for the sake of business efficiency and value creation.
Ensure internal customer satisfaction.
Develop strong relationship with business referents to support the Application Owner to setup a project portfolio and prioritize business requirements with Business and Application Owner.
Support the Application Owner to animate and track the progress of editors/contractors' activities and check the compliance of their deliverables / outputs.
o Propose and implement with partners (Support, Infrastructure team, Digital & Technology (D&T) office, ...), or subcontracting when relevant, efficient ways of workings aligned with processes defined by D&T
Promote teamwork and collaboration with the objective of providing the best services to users and customers.
Additionally, to project management, following responsibilities are requested:
RUN:
Work closely with IT Procurement Support Team
Ensure efficient communication and knowledge transfer to Support team.
Animate key users' community.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance of her/his applications / process / interfaces with GDPR, or existing regulations and respect D&T policies (Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity assessments, process, governance rules, …)
Execute audit in her/his domain and ensure action plan is put in place to correct warnings.
Business requirements / Portfolio Management:
Ensure the monitoring of business change requirements.
Propose prioritization of change requirements to the Application Owner, assess the risk/benefit/cost of implementing them and write the functional specifications.
Ensure that all steps required by Change Advisory Board (CAB): testing, training, communications, deployment risks evaluation are proactively planned and executed.
Test the evolution (integration test + E2E) and support Business during UAT phase.

Profil du candidat

• Good experience in IT Project Management
• Agile, PMP or Prince certifications are a plus.
• Good knowledge within Procurement domain
• Receptive and fast learner
• Ability to listen, respond and build trust

• Good communications skills, written and verbal
• Good team spirit with a positive mindset

• Autonomy
• Proficient in English
