Job description
1. Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase value.
2. Apply Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
3. Develop and implement process improvements, including but not limited to Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry-standard methodologies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvement projects.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented projects, making adjustments as necessary.
6. Facilitate training and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track progress and performance.
8. Drive the standardization of processes and the implementation of metrics and best practices.
9. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process simplification.
10. Lead problem-solving efforts to improve quality and eliminate waste in all areas of the business.
Applicant's profile
1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Continuous Improvement.
3. Proven experience in the application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in data analysis and process mapping.
7. Proven ability to drive projects to completion.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
9. Strong understanding of construction industry operations and processes.
10. Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
