Description de la mission

• Responsible for organization and management of daily activities for all teams in scope
• Responsible for all planning, execution, documentation and freight bill audit tasks assigned to respective teams
• Responsible for the performance of the assigned teams
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by: ensuring smooth material flow, delivery on time or proactive escalation to the customer if there is a risk of delay; best cost best value ratio by managing LSP; Vendor engagement
• Ensure operations high quality service and continuous process flow at all levels for all teams
• Responsible for defining, improving, controlling and measuring KPI's in line with the agreed level of service
• Managing team's efficiency
• Responsible for providing relevant data from operations of customer's vendors, buyers and LSP performance
• Coordinate and control the corrective operations actions plans
• Responsible for business control of compliance with company and clients' policies and procedures
• Managing scope of work through standard operating procedures for all teams. Ensuring that SOPs are timely and regularly in line with company or clients' requests and matching the real process
• Manages escalations with all internal and external participants in the process for all teams
• Reporting on all operations activities on daily/monthly/annual level results and actions of all operations team to internal superiors and all external stakeholders in the process
• On regular basis, communicates with clients/vendors or service providers on all operations issues and topics for all operations teams
• Performing regular audits on various operations activities and evaluation of processes as per business requirement
• Preparing project updates within required timeframe and delegate individual tasks to all teams
• Responsible for strengthening relationship between company and clients
• Oversees the team's performance in order to meet customer satisfaction objectives
• Analyzing and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.
• Responsible for operations team compliance with company and clients' policies and procedures
• Taking an active part in new team members recruitment process
• Analyzing all opportunities and recommending ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs, internally and for the client
• Supervise effective compilation and collection of information and data to enhance growth of the company and client
• Responsible for operations team compliance with local legislation
• Ensuring that Safety and Security of the client is not jeopardize by any of Operations area of responsibility, with special attention to HazMat transports
• Support internal/external parties/departments/institutions with relevant documentation for related audits and business control upon request
• Complying with and implementing within his/her scope of work company's and clients Code of Ethics, ISO, LEAN; IIP standard
