Job description
- Process track and trace shipment by using carrier website to obtain the shipment status.
- Update and maintain information provided by carriers into internal web application.
- Provide proactive communication regarding deviation to customer when shipments are at risk or in a delay.
- Provide timely communications and customer service functions in a multi-client environment.
- Prepare summary and assessment reports related to daily operations.
- Other duties / projects as assigned by immediate superior.
Applicant's profile
- Bachelor's degree in international business / Logistics Management or any related field.
- At least 0-3 year of experience in Customer Service.
- Preferably knowledge of Air freight / Sea freight industry and processes.
- Basic command in English.
