• Support and development of existing customers
• Customer acquisition, new customer acquisition and support in the implementation of business
• Obtaining rates
• Identifying possible upselling potential (cross-selling)
• Creating offers via the IT systems used
• Documentation of all customer activities in CRM
• Maintaining and tracking opportunities in CRM
• Carrying out follow-ups
• Scheduling support for field service

• Establishing efficient cooperation with the product, branch manager, operations, BD area and other network partners
Applicant's profile
• Successfully completed vocational training in the logistics environment
• Initial professional experience in the logistics sector (air and/or sea freight)
• Experience in B2B telesales is an advantage
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of the processes in air and sea freight (import and export)
