Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
• Supporting the Region CEO in operational and strategic tasks,
• Obtaining business insights, researching market trends and synthesizing information,
• Creating analyzes, presentations, decision templates, statistics and action plans,
• Gathering and organizing information for conferences, speeches, and reports as per requests from the Region CEO,
• Acting as a project manager, meaning being responsible from project communication, creating and updating project plans, weekly update reports, etc.
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines,
• Coordinating and arranging the schedule of the Region CEO with internal and external stakeholders (meetings, events, and travel arrangements, etc.),
• Answering to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Region CEO,
• Setting up meetings, taking meeting minutes,
• Supporting the implementation of internal processes, policies and strategies,
• Managing sensitive issues using a high level of confidentiality and discretion,
• Acting as the point of contact among directors/managers, employees, clients and other external partners.

Applicant's profile

You bring along:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or in a similar area,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics, business administration or marketing, preferably in the logistics industry,
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
• Fluent in English, German and/or French would be a plus,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Self-motivated and resilient,
• Detail-oriented as well as being able adapt to the changing priorities quickly.
