Job description
- Acquiring new customers in the field of sea, air and rail transport
- Implementation of sales plans and responsibility for results
- Establishing positive and long-term relationships with clients
- Co-creation of a budget for the sales territory
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of the sales strategy
- Negotiating terms of cooperation and preparing commercial offers
- Analysis of customers' transport needs and selection of optimal, individual solutions
- Achievement of goals
- Updating customer data and statuses in the CRM system
- Preparation of periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Monitoring current competition and current trends in the industry

Applicant's profile
-Minimum 5 years in the Freight Forwarding sales department in an independent sales position
-Very good knowledge of the market and the specific nature of forwarding services offered by Freight Forwarding in the area of sea, air and rail transport
- Ability to independently prepare offers
- Presenting an active, results-oriented attitude
- English at B2 level (min)
- Category B driving license
- Sales skills supported by successes in establishing cooperation with large companies
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Communication skills
