Apprentice Controlling - EPM / BI H/F

Description de la mission

For a few years, GEODIS has initiated a wide transformation program of its Finance Function, defined a new performance management model and just deployed Oracle Cloud Fusion EPM (Enterprise in Performance Management) solution.

In the context of the move to run of the Enterprise Performance Management tool, we are recruiting an apprentice in Enterprise Performance Management within GEODIS group controlling team.

The apprentice will support EPM functional administration, and will contribute to user adoption, change management and to evolution and projects related to the EPM.

The main missions will be the following:

1. Support EPM data quality and functional administration
Provide support on:
• Functional administration of EPM tool
• EPM access needs
• Functional documentation of the EPM maintenance
• End-to-end process controls
• Consistency checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of EPM data

2. Contribute to improve user adoption of the new performance management model and of the EPM through change management, training, communication and user support

Contribute to:
• Support EPM champions
• Animate EPM community of champions, communicate on EPM updates and evolutions to users
• Maintain and enrich EPM training documentation
• Support EPM trainings
• Communication and collaboration around support process for functional side with IT and business teams

3. Participate to GEODIS Financial Transformation though contributing to EPM evolutions and projects

• Contribute to the design of EPM evolutions
• Contribute to evolutions testing coordination
• Contribute on other projects related to GEODIS Financial Digital Transformation

Profil du candidat

Let's talk about you !
• Master 2 in Business School or Engineering School
• Skills in business controlling/finance and performance management
• Good communication, collaboration, adaptation, and analysis skills
• Knowledge and appetite for digital products
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM or Power BI would be a plus
• Fluent in English and in French
• Expertise in Microsoft Pack office tools (Excel, Power Point…)
• Experience: previous internship(s) in controlling department within an international Group would be a plus
