Job description
Entering or updating data into Geodis system to process shipments accordingly and keeping the service level of agreement of 2 hours since initial request.
o Create orders (CSOs & SSOs) in Zenith that were not interfaced via EDI.
o Upload special instructions if applies.
o Allocate the orders with the requested carrier.
o Process shipments to Europe in a dedicated system (DLS) to update the final delivery address.
o Process and validate orders in E-order platform.
o Perform data quality test and report requestors errors on a weekly basis.
o Keep the internal metrics on target.
