Job description
Outline the process to follow when managing email / documentation flow for Nestle Australia.
Provide a detailed process overview to enable BPO to access and action emails in the Nestle shared mailbox.
To streamline internal processes, eliminating the requirement of AU operations to sort and match documents prior to sending to BPO for registration and Invoice Data Entry.
Applicant's profile
Bachelor degree in any related field.
At least 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service / Data Entry.
Preferably knowledge of Airfreight / Seafreight industry and processes.
Basic command in English.
Familiar with the import/export processes and invoicing.
Good knowledge of computer system and data management.
