Job description

· To input shipment final container information and shipment data into Next Gen timely and accurately
· To submit SI to carrier / co-loader for each MBL timely and accurately
· To submit relevant in advance manifest to carrier/ overseas customs if applicable.
· To prepare HBL to shipper as per Seafreight Front Office / clients / overseas instructed.
· To support e-Docs uploading issue as per Seafreight Front Office / clients / overseas instructed.
· To deliver tax invoice and BL to client as per request.
· To post invoice of self-handle FCL clients to finance team
· To compliance with IRIS rules for BO party
· To deliver original MBL to required countries as per Seafreight Front Office/ overseas i instructed
· Ad hoc task assigned by line manager.

Applicant's profile

· 1-2 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of freight industry and processes.
· Familiar with and well able to work within the export process
· Familiar with and able to work with the company's quality and environmental policies
· Good knowledge of computer system, both exports and invoicing
· Knowledge of Customs tariff
· Good communication skills
· Able to manage own working time effectively
· Knowledge of service levels expected by clients – able to deliver them!
· Local language and English
