Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Developing a strong pipeline of prospective customers and maintain customer relationships in line with customer needs.
• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to expand our regional presence and influence.
• Being the key contact for customers and cooperating with other departments to ensure optimum customer service.
• Generating quality sales leads for the global network.
• Identifying and initiating new opportunities to meet customer/prospect needs as well as
• Allocating tender to the correct team in line with the tender process and ensuring the correct hand-over of customer information,
• Developing value proposals in cooperation with the Business Solutions Department.

Applicant's profile

You bring along:
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field,
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in customer account management with proven sales record,
• Experience in the logistics industry is considered as a plus,
• A well-equipped sales toolbox: you have a convincing attitude, outstanding negotiation skills and a proactive approach to the market,
• Expert in sales techniques especially on concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns,
• A passion for driving results and an agile way of thinking,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• Fluent in English, fluency in German is preferred,
• Willing to travel.
