Project PMO Finance Transformation ERP & P2P H/F

Description de la mission

Presentation of the FIT Project (ERP & P2P Project):

For a few years, GEODIS has initiated a wide transformation project of its Finance Function called Odyssey Finance. This program embeds the design of a Finance Core Model encompassing performance management framework, finance processes, and tools supported by better shared master data management.

In this context, GEODIS has launched in November 2023 its FIT (Finance Transformation) project in order to implement its Finance Core Model processes in a robust blend of solutions (S4 HANA and Coupa) that will be progressively deployed on a worldwide scope of entities over the next few years.

Mission & main responsibility:

The FIT Project PMO is a direct report of Camille LEMAIRE, the Lead PMO that is responsible for the overall delivery of the PMO Team dedicated to the project (approx. 7 people).

The FIT Project PMO will take the lead on 3 major activities of the PMO cell with the support and contribution of the rest of the PMO team:

- Monitoring and updating the project Roadmap & Planning: the Project PMO is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and exhaustivity of the project plan. He will be the guardian of the enforcement of the guidelines, and he should be able to both support and challenge the workstream leads in identifying the critical paths, solving potential conflicts and discrepancies and above all be able to identify major risks and to alert at the right level the owners of the mitigation action to be implemented.

- Interdependencies & Risk Management: The project PMO will monitor all the various project dependencies (with other projects in the Group, with other upstream or downstream design initiatives on the processes in scope, with the ecosystem of applications impacted by FIT project). The activities will encompass to build upon the dependency mapping available (complete / qualify / update), to put in place the proper dependency tracking making the link with the rest of the PMO tooling and by leveraging the governance in place or adding the necessary additional forums. The

project PMO will also orchestrate the risk management process and be responsible for the identification / update and documentation of the mitigation actions.

- Documentation & Quality assurance: The Project PMO will be in charge of implementing the Project Quality standards. The project PMO will facilitate the Quality assurance review process defined ie materialization of each stage of the deliverables lifecycle, tracking the version, collecting the quality feedbacks forms, preparing the Quality Gate reviews, …. He will also act as 4-eyes review as and when required on the project deliverables.

The Project PMO is expected to constructively challenge the project methodology to steer the PMO cell toward continuous improvement and Best in Class practices. The Project PMO should also be recognized as guardian of the methodology and be able to monitor that PMO processes, tools and guidelines
