Job description

• Adhere to, promote, and improve methodologies relating to Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Process Design
• Working knowledge of software solutions for Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Transportation Optimization, Workflow Optimization, and Business Intelligence to provide appropriate technical leadership
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

Applicant's profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration
• Project Management Professional certification
• 7 to 10 years of experience managing complex global projects across different geographic regions KEY EXPERTISE:
• Gather, develop and define interactions and requirements between logical, financial, and physical flows to enable an end-to-end logistics solution design
• Provide technical leadership integrating flows with warehouse, transportation, and financial systems to minimize manual intervention and cycle times
• Conduct strategic analysis reviews to determine the suitability of recommended change strategies
• Assess projects for business value and develop recommendations for project approach
• Assess organizational project management maturity and provide recommendations for improvement
