Job description

1. Verify Suppliers' invoices that did not conform to the pre-defined business rules and contract terms and marks them for further evaluation.
2. Resolve discrepancies and disputes with suppliers ensure all invoices accepted are correct and legitimate.
3. Process billing report for client invoicing, resolve billing dispute if any with 3rd Audit Company.
4. Handle Customer's complaints, claim and manage customer's satisfaction and expectation.
5. Work closely with Operation and Accounting teams to deliver quality and insightful budgets, forecasts and accrual report.
6. Prepare, review and distribute monthly cost/revenue, weekly forecast reporting across multiple business units.
7. Conduct solution operational reviews for continuous improvement
8. Any other tasks assigned by management accordingly to business need.

Applicant's profile

1.Bachelor or above, major in Supply Chain/Logistics/Finance or Accounting is preferred;
2.Experience in Customer Fulfilment Management, Logistics Operation is preferred;
3.Adaptability,accurate,patientt,analytical;
4.Taking ownership,teamwork and collaboration, good communication skills;
5.Good technical and data collection/analysis skills(excel);
6.Good English both in oral and written.
7.Finance working experience is a plus.
