CRM DATA QUALITY & TRAINING SPECIALIST H/F
Description de la mission
In the Adoption and Training team, under the responsibility of the Adoption and Training Manager: responsible for analyzing and maintaining GEODIS CRM good data quality level and improve CRM Data accuracy.
Collect and analyze adoption Data, identify trends, ensure data quality and make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of our CRM usage.
Help in Training preparation and delivery for sales users globally (Regions and Line of Business).
The overall goal is to improve users adoption and training and ensure accuracy of GEODIS CRM Data.
CRM ADOPTION:
Responsible for Database health and maintenance:
Developing reports and dashboards to provide Adoption level with different tools (Salesforce, Einstein, Power Bi):
KPI monitoring on Adoption dashboards
Daily Routine on Top Opportunities and Top KPIs
Example: Accuracy on Opportunity type (tender/spot/regular), record (new/renew/dev)
Maintain high quality dashboards and reports that are used across the business to monitor the performance.
Examples: Goals and Activity dashboards on Einstein
This will include monthly regular Review:
Sales Review ppt creation (with its reports and dashboards)
Global Accounts and Global GEODIS
Ad hoc Sales Review upon request (per Country, per Region or LoB)
Comex analysis
Put in place Action Plans to improve and maintain a good level of data quality by collaborating with other teams:
At Corporate level: such as CRM Support (report bugs directly to CRM), Product Owner (identify if change request needed with Aurélie), BI and MDM support to ensure that the CRM system is being used effectively and to identify areas for improvement.
Regular interactions with Key users community worldwide: monthly calls, KPIs tracking on a daily basis and provide them support)
CRM TRAINING:
Help Adoption & Training manager on the Training program:
Make recommendations on training topics and priorities to offer the best end-user experience.
Create videos for tutorials, prepare documentation for training content for refresh, new features or onboarding (ppt, Q&A, Teams call)
Communicate with Key Users community and Managers in all GEODIS Divisions to train them on new features and also to focus on topics that are not understood or process not applied.
