Business Collaboration Project Manager H/F
Description de la mission
GEODIS is looking for a Business Collaboration Project Manager to join our Digital Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to Microsoft 365, the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) group solution, and collaborative tools such as Atlassian suite. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company's collaborative capabilities, driving digital adoption, and optimizing business processes.
Objectives of this role
Project Management:
Lead the end-to-end management of business collaboration projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation.
Coordinate project teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Microsoft 365 Implementation & Optimization:
Drive the adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization.
Identify business needs and recommend configurations and customizations for Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Support users and provide training to ensure effective utilization of Microsoft 365 tools.
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solution:
Manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the ECM solution used within the group.
Work with business units to ensure proper content management practices and compliance with company standards and policies.
Develop workflows and automation within the ECM solution to improve document management and collaboration.
Atlassian Collaboration Tools:
Promote the use of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) for project management, collaboration, and documentation.
Support teams in the configuration and customization of Atlassian tools to meet business requirements.
Monitor the effectiveness of collaboration tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Profil du candidat
Required skills and qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or digital transformation field.
Proven experience in managing projects related to Microsoft 365 and ECM solutions.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and their application in business settings.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and related administration.
Understanding of ECM principles and experience with enterprise content management tools.
Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving projects to successful completion.
Experience with change management and driving user adoption for new tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Agile Certified Practitioner).
Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.
