Operational Global Accounts Manager H/F
Description de la mission
In relation with the Global Account Managers & Director, he/she manages the global operational relationship of the account assigned.
Coordinate the operations in the Geodis network set up for this customer.
Set up performance indicators, monitor them and warn of any difficulties encountered internally or externally.
Conduct implementation and continuous improvement projects
Lead Global Assigned projects
Coordinate & Maintain up to speed global Operational processes
Support & Participate to global performance reviews with the customer
Lead the collaboration with key support functions (IT, SCO, products…)
Communicate with and activate a network nonhierarchical local KAM and OKAM
Support GAM to identify opportunities of growth
The position can be located in Sweden or France. Travel is to be expected once or twice a month
Profil du candidat
Master 2 (BAC+5) Business School.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position.
You have an appetite for project coordination, IT projects.
You have a good knowledge of the maritime field
You are fluent in English
