Kommunikation mit internen sowie externen Abteilungen.
Fahrerabwicklung im Warenein- und ausgang
Erstellung, Verwaltung und Prüfung von Dokumenten (u. A. Frachtpapieren)
Abwicklung und Koordination von Abholungen
Systempflege
Führen und Verwalten von Palettenkonten.
Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben innerhalb der eigenen Abteilung und arbeitet eng mit den anderen Abteilungen zusammen.

Applicant's profile

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Eine für die Position angemessene Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
