IT Finance Project Manager applications H/F
Description de la mission
The IT Finance Project Manager will report to Finance applications IT owner and will be responsible for overall IT projects' management related to Finance area (ie 2 ERP: AX 2009, ANAEL, ICS Intercompany…) with respect of GEODIS project management methodology and tools.
She/he will oversee applicative maintenance and will be in charge of the implementation from the specification to the delivery of enhancement (analysis, writing, tests, hypercare), following GEODIS project methodology.
She/he will work closely with applications owners, business partners, other stakeholders of the organization, implementation partner, both internal and external resources.
On request, the IT Finance Project Manager will participate, to ongoing GEODIS ERP transformation program and to implement SAP S4HANA worldwide.
She/he will follow the IT Finance solution roadmap, ongoing evolutions on the software by the editor, to make sure that they're well aligned and integrated to our Core Model.
She/he will support the Application Owner to setup a project portfolio and prioritize business requirements / projects.
She/he will propose prioritization of change requirements to the Application Owner, assess the risk/benefit/cost of implementing them and write the functional specifications.
She/he will support the Application Owner to animate and track the progress of editors/contractors' activities and check the compliance of their deliverables / outputs.
She/he will execute audit in her/his domain and ensure action plan is put in place to correct warnings, ensure compliance in terms of Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity assessments, process and governance rules.
She/he will Work closely with IT Finance Support Team, ensure efficient communication and knowledge transfer to Support team and animate key users' community.
Profil du candidat
BAC +5 with a Good experience in IT Project Management
5 years minimum experiences in a similar position
Agile, PMP or Prince certifications are a plus.
Good knowledge of Finance domain
