O Especialista em Recrutamento e Seleção é responsável por conceber, liderar e executar estratégias inovadoras de aquisição de talentos para atrair, avaliar e contratar os melhores profissionais para a GEODIS. Esta função combina o planejamento estratégico de talentos com a atuação prática em recrutamento, *employer branding* e inteligência de mercado, visando construir uma força de trabalho sólida e diversa que apoie os objetivos de negócios da empresa em nível global.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Aquisição Estratégica de Talentos: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias eficazes e escaláveis ​​de aquisição de talentos para unidades de negócios e regiões-chave, alinhando-as às metas do negócio e aos planos de força de trabalho.

Recrutamento de Ponta a Ponta: Gerenciar todo o ciclo de vida do recrutamento: busca ativa (*sourcing*), triagem, entrevistas, seleção, gestão de propostas e integração (*onboarding*) de candidatos em todos os níveis e funções.

Gestão de *Stakeholders*: Atuar em parceria com HR Business Partners e gestores contratantes para compreender as necessidades de talentos, definir requisitos das vagas e proporcionar uma experiência de recrutamento de alta qualidade.

*Sourcing* e Pipeline de Talentos: Buscar e engajar proativamente candidatos passivos por meio de *sourcing* direto, *networking*, indicações de funcionários e canais digitais. Construir e manter um *pipeline* robusto de talentos para cargos críticos e de difícil preenchimento.

*Employer Branding*: Promover iniciativas de marca empregadora para posicionar a GEODIS como uma empresa de referência no setor de logística e cadeia de suprimentos. Representar a empresa em feiras de emprego, eventos do setor e nas redes sociais.

Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão (DEI): Integrar as melhores práticas de DEI a todas as atividades de aquisição de talentos para atrair e contratar profissionais diversos.

Inteligência de Mercado: Monitorar e analisar tendências do setor, referências salariais e estratégias de talentos da concorrência. Fornecer *insights* e recomendações à liderança de RH.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a multinational environment.
Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for a global organization.
Strong sourcing and networking skills with expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Au sein de l'Université GEODIS qui propose des parcours de formation globale à l'ensemble des collaborateurs de GEODIS, vous serez responsable de notre programme de leadership, MANAGE.

Ce programme a été créé en 2021. Il cible des collaborateurs en charge d'équipes et embarque 300 à 400 participants par an en 2 vagues. Le programme est délivré en 8 langues pour une interaction fine avec les participants. Le niveau de satisfaction et de recommandation extrêmement élevé en fait un des programmes de référence de l'Université Geodis.

Reportant au directeur de l'Université, vous aurez en charge le pilotage et les évolutions du programme Manage, la relation avec les parties prenantes internes (RH) et les partenaires externes. Vous bénéficierez de l'assistance d'une chargée de coordination pour la planification et l'organisation des sessions. Vous serez également en charge de proposition de contenus et de programmes additionnels dans le champ du leadership et des relations interpersonnelles. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous avez 10 années d'expérience dans la gestion de programme de formation au sein de groupes internationaux.
Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du développement de compétences en leadership et relations interpersonnelles.
Vous êtes force de propositions vis-à-vis de la direction de l'université, vous savez interagir avec des partenaires, vous avez la capacité à vous intégrer activement dans l'équipe Université et à créer la confiance avec nos correspondants RH.

Dans le cadre d'un environnement multisites, vous intervenez sur trois sites basés à Etoile-sur-Rhône, Portes lès Valence et Lavilledieu.

Vos principales missions :

- Accompagner les managers au quotidien sur l'ensemble des sujets RH : droit social, organisation et gestion des situations individuelles ;
- Assurer la gestion disciplinaire : rédaction et suivi des courriers disciplinaires (rappel à l'ordre, avertissement, mise à pied, licenciement, etc.) ;
- Piloter l'administration du personnel et la préparation des variables de paie ;
- Gérer les recrutements et l'intérim de A à Z : sourcing, conduite des entretiens, intégration des collaborateurs, suivi budgétaire et optimisation des coûts ;
- Participer, en collaboration avec le service QHSE, au pilotage des sujets liés à la santé, la sécurité et aux conditions de travail : déclaration des accidents du travail, analyses, mise en œuvre de plans d'actions et suivi des indicateurs de sécurité ; 
- Construire et piloter le Plan de Développement des Compétences (PDC) ;
- Participer au dialogue social et entretenir les relations avec les instances représentatives du personnel (IRP) ;
- Organiser et coordonner des actions de communication interne et des événements à destination des collaborateurs
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des process RH et à l'accompagnement du changement

As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for HR processes such as developing, realising and following up on the HR policy of the company you will be working for, in line with the company's overall strategy. •	Ensures that agreements and mutations, changes, etc. are correctly recorded and forwarded to the personnel administration (HR Back Office), in accordance with the applicable procedures.

•	You ensure that you are always informed of new developments within social legislation and participate in trade union consultations.
•	You always consult with the management team.
•	You participate in difficult conversations, offer support and guarantee impartiality.
•	You actively participate in the analysis of questions regarding staffing, absenteeism, retention/turnover, etc. You discuss them, advise management, take the necessary actions and follow them up.
•	You will participate in various HR projects and change processes.
•	You will participate in a continuous evaluation and optimization of the HR processes to ensure their quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

II.	Functional support of management
Management are optimally supported in the implementation of the established HR policy. Management is timely 
with the latest relevant information on HR matters.
•	Provides, solicited and unsolicited professional HRM support and advice;
•	Participates in MT meetings on HRM matters and makes proposals to the MT;
•	Provides and retrieves management information from the Sites/industry

- gérer les dossiers d'embauche des nouveaux arrivants
- organiser les parcours d'intégration des nouveaux arrivants
- gérer le courrier de la Direction RH
- gérer l'agenda de la DRH&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
De formation Bac+2 en Ressources Humaines ou Assistanat
2 ans d'expérience en entreprise
Rigueur, esprit d'équipe
A l'aise avec les outils bureautiques
Idéalement, bilingue français et anglais.&lt;br /&gt;

•	Day to day execution of HR support such as:
o	Interview arrangement and making proper interview records / reports as per request;
o	Local office training program organize and coordinate as per yearly training plan, make training record and timely follow up with training evaluation;
o	Coordinate with local staff commencement and staff exit, make sure all staff commencement and exit process running smoothly and align with global HR policy and local labour law.
•	Act as bride of employees and manager to transfer the information.
•	Responsible for general administrative support to Beijing branch office, serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.
•	Help with the scheduling of meetings, conference calls, corporate/team functions and events, and other appointments.
•	Collect and maintain accurate data to prepare various reports and statistics.
•	Prepare payment requests and E-forms for management approval; follow up on questions pertaining to requests for approval for company information release
•	Answer phone calls, screen callers, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently when management is not available or out of office; take and relay messages; greet visitors.
•	Any other duties as assigned.
•	Other tasks assigned by Manager.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Basic CV screening skills and interview skills over telephone and face-to-face interview;
•	Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PPT
•	Good communication skills both to internal and external clients
•	Efficient use of time 
•	Familiar with company HR policies and local SOP for government application and handling
•	Fluent in local language, as well as English (read, spoken and written), and other language helpful in daily business.&lt;br /&gt;
