As part of its Odyssey digital initiative, Geodis has launched an ambitious project named Finance Transformation (FIT) to replace its existing heterogeneous solutions with a Finance and P2P core model based on S/4HANA Cloud private edition and Coupa solutions for the entire Group. This core model will cover the Record to Report (R2R), Controlling, Order to Cash (O2C) and Source to Pay (S2P) processes, and will interface with the Group's operational tools. This multi-year project included the creation of a core model and the deployment of a pilot in 2024-2025, followed by roll-out in waves from 2026 onwards. GEODIS has launched a strategic program (FIT) to replace its existing heterogeneous solutions with a Finance and S2P core model based on S/4HANA Cloud private edition and Coupa solutions for the entire Group.
