As part of its Odyssey digital initiative, Geodis has launched an ambitious project named Finance Transformation (FIT) to replace its existing heterogeneous solutions with a Finance and P2P core model based on S/4HANA Cloud private edition and Coupa solutions for the entire Group. This core model will cover the Record to Report (R2R), Controlling, Order to Cash (O2C) and Source to Pay (S2P) processes, and will interface with the Group's operational tools. 
This multi-year project included the creation of a core model and the deployment of a pilot in 2024-2025, followed by roll-out in waves from 2026 onwards.

Mission : 
The challenges of the job position are those of implementing a new solution in an international context meaning: 
- Supporting internal business and IT teams in managing the Core Model consistency, enriching it and implementing it.
- Contribute to roll-out the solution within the core team centrally by preparing or managing Design Authorities on SAP Finance
- Preparing the transition of the solution to run mode and to take in charge the entities that are in the process of being deployed.

The Internal IT SAP FIT Finance Project lead will have four main tasks :
- Organization of SAP Finance IT Project teamwork, monitoring of workload plans and capacity by prioritization.
- Contributing to the project to implement the Group Finance and P2P solution by providing his/her experience and expertise. 
- Challenging and then validating the technical and functional solutions proposed by the SAP integrator to produce a maintainable and deployable solution until Core Model responsibility is handed over to Maintenance team.
- Ensure the choice of sustainable solutions and technological and functional monitoring within their area of responsibility.

Main responsibilities for the position :
- Organize team activity with responsibility of quality of delivery and planning respect
- Manage and report on own activity and team activity
- Evaluate solution and promote standard
- Gather customer requirements and draw up functional specifications.
- Run integration and non-regression tests and support UAT.

Mission

Reporting to the Finance Treasury &amp; Procurement Application Manager, your responsibilities include managing and optimizing the design and configuration of SAP S4/Hana and related tools, ensuring alignment with business needs, and maintaining data and security integrity.

Le Gestionnaire de licences et logiciels opère au sein du département Digital &amp; Technology et contribue activement à la gestion des contrats de licences, à la conformité logicielle dans le groupe ainsi qu'aux optimisations opérationnelles et financières des usages de licences. Il/elle soutient le Group Software Asset Manager dans le fonctionnement quotidien ainsi que dans l'amélioration continue des processus liés aux licences et aux logiciels pour l'ensemble du Groupe. Il/elle est en relation avec de nombreux acteurs de l'écosystème IT (Application Owners, Experts Techniques, équipes conformité, équipes FinOps…) 

Ses principales responsabilités sont : 

- Gestion des licences 
- Contribuer au bon fonctionnement et à la bonne exécution des processus de gestion de licences 
- Alerter en cas d'inefficacité des processus, proposer une amélioration au Software Asset Manager 
- Communiquer, diffuser et sensibiliser les parties prenantes sur le rôle de la capacité SAM pour réduire l'exposition au risque du groupe 
- Soutenir largement la gouvernance SAM (comités de pilotage des licences sur une base trimestrielle) 
- Contribuer à la production du tableau de bord sur les activités de licence avec anticipation des risques 
- Soutenir le Gestionnaire d'actifs logiciels dans l'amélioration continue comme pour la gestion des actifs logiciels tant aux niveaux stratégiques qu'opérationnels 
- Gestion globale des contrats de Software 
- Aider le Software Asset Manager à maintenir un référentiel centralisé des contrats impliquant des licences et un modèle de service (paiement à l'utilisation) 
- Suivre les KPI tangibles pour mesurer l'efficacité des contrats 
- Anticiper la date de renouvellement du contrat 
- Agir en tant que conseil auprès des Application Owners sur les sujets relatifs aux licences 
- Audit informatique et conformité (internes et externes) 
- Faciliter les groupes de travail/campagnes d'audit informatique pour faire respecter la conformité des licences en relation avec le Software Asset Manager et le chef des équipes d'audit informatique et / ou de contrôle interne 
- Exécuter le plan d'action lorsque des mesures correctives sont nécessaires 
- Contribuer à l'amélioration de la boîte à outils d'audit des actifs logiciels / licences &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Diplôme d'ingénieur, Master ou Ecole de commerce (BAC+5) avec spécialités technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe avec des connaissances et/ou un intéret pour la gestion des licences actifs logiciels / la gestion des contrats / l'architecture logicielle (première expérience)
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire. 
- Capacité à produire des études synthétiques sur la gestion de l'IT et bonnes compétences d'exécution et attention aux détails
- Capacité à collaborer et d'identifier / résoudre les conflits ou les obstacles à un travail d'équipe efficace dans une configuration matricielle
- Expérience en gestion de projet, capacité à élaborer / exécuter des plans avec discipline et suivi
- Anglais courant pour les opérations quotidiennes

As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for HR processes such as developing, realising and following up on the HR policy of the company you will be working for, in line with the company's overall strategy. I.	Developing and implementing operational HR policy
•	Ensures that agreements and mutations, changes, etc. are correctly recorded and forwarded to the personnel administration (HR Back Office), in accordance with the applicable procedures.
•	You have a leading role in the recruitment and selection process within the company.
•	You ensure that you are always informed of new developments within social legislation and participate in trade union consultations.
•	You always consult with the management team.
•	You participate in difficult conversations, offer support and guarantee impartiality.
•	You actively participate in the analysis of questions regarding staffing, absenteeism, retention/turnover, etc. You discuss them, advise management, take the necessary actions and follow them up.
•	You will participate in various HR projects and change processes.
•	You will participate in a continuous evaluation and optimization of the HR processes to ensure their quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

II.	Functional support of management
Management are optimally supported in the implementation of the established HR policy. Management is timely 
with the latest relevant information on HR matters.
•	Provides, solicited and unsolicited professional HRM support and advice;
•	Participates in MT meetings on HRM matters and makes proposals to the MT;
•	Provides and retrieves management information from the Sites/industry
•	Ensures the correct deployment and implementation of personnel instruments, with the aim of optimizing business operations;
•	Mediates in conflicts;
•	Supervises compliance with the collective labor agreement.

III.	Monitoring organizational structure
•	Advises on possible organizational changes;
•	Effectively and efficiently plans and coordinates the inflow, throughput and outflow of (flexible) staff;
•	Recruits and selects personnel for the organization;
•	Describing, analyzing and valuing new or changed features.
•	Makes an inventory of the training needs/needs of the employees and writes a training plan;
•	Coaches employees.
