Geodis Freight Forwarding France recherche son/sa futur(e) Tender Analyst Confirmé(e) pour son agence basée à Roissy-en-France. Rattaché(e) directement au Tender Manager, vous serez en charge de la gestion des appels d'offres maritimes et aériens depuis la réception des documents jusqu'à la remise du package complet au client. Dans le détail, vous aurez pour missions principales : - L'analyse des cahiers des charges et de tous documents constituant le pack appel d'offres du client pour identifier les besoins spécifiques, les points de vigilance et tout élément qui impacterait les coûts de transport. - L'organisation des calls pour lancement de l'Appel d'Offres, l'alignement achats / ventes et mise en place d'un calendrier qui devra être suivi tout au long du process. - La collecte des achats et des pricing remarks auprès des différentes parties prenantes (agences Geodis, services achats produits, agents etc…) et suivi des retours dans les délais impartis. - La collecte de tous documents / informations demandés par le client et devant être joints à l'offre tarifaire. - La réalisation des simulations tarifaires quand demandées par le client et l'émission des pricing remarks. - La vérification des éléments tarifaires, de la complétude de l'offre et du format avant envoi dans les délais impartis du pack Appel d'Offres au client ou au commercial (selon ce qui aura été décidé lors du call de lancement). - Le lancement et suivi du round 2 – le cas échéant - La mise à jour des statistiques des tenders traitées par le service
