O Especialista em Recrutamento e Seleção é responsável por conceber, liderar e executar estratégias inovadoras de aquisição de talentos para atrair, avaliar e contratar os melhores profissionais para a GEODIS. Esta função combina o planejamento estratégico de talentos com a atuação prática em recrutamento, *employer branding* e inteligência de mercado, visando construir uma força de trabalho sólida e diversa que apoie os objetivos de negócios da empresa em nível global.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Aquisição Estratégica de Talentos: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias eficazes e escaláveis ​​de aquisição de talentos para unidades de negócios e regiões-chave, alinhando-as às metas do negócio e aos planos de força de trabalho.

Recrutamento de Ponta a Ponta: Gerenciar todo o ciclo de vida do recrutamento: busca ativa (*sourcing*), triagem, entrevistas, seleção, gestão de propostas e integração (*onboarding*) de candidatos em todos os níveis e funções.

Gestão de *Stakeholders*: Atuar em parceria com HR Business Partners e gestores contratantes para compreender as necessidades de talentos, definir requisitos das vagas e proporcionar uma experiência de recrutamento de alta qualidade.

*Sourcing* e Pipeline de Talentos: Buscar e engajar proativamente candidatos passivos por meio de *sourcing* direto, *networking*, indicações de funcionários e canais digitais. Construir e manter um *pipeline* robusto de talentos para cargos críticos e de difícil preenchimento.

*Employer Branding*: Promover iniciativas de marca empregadora para posicionar a GEODIS como uma empresa de referência no setor de logística e cadeia de suprimentos. Representar a empresa em feiras de emprego, eventos do setor e nas redes sociais.

Strong sourcing and networking skills with expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.

O Coordenador de Desembaraço Aduaneiro é responsável por coordenar e gerenciar as atividades de desembaraço aduaneiro para remessas de importação e exportação, garantindo a conformidade com as regulamentações aduaneiras locais e internacionais. Este profissional atua como um elo fundamental entre clientes, autoridades aduaneiras, despachantes aduaneiros, transportadoras e equipes operacionais internas para garantir o desembaraço de cargas de forma precisa e oportuna, minimizando atrasos, penalidades e riscos operacionais.

Principais Responsabilidades
• Coordenar os processos de desembaraço aduaneiro de ponta a ponta para remessas de importação e exportação.
• Garantir que toda a documentação aduaneira esteja correta, completa e seja enviada dentro dos prazos exigidos.
• Monitorar o status das remessas e resolver proativamente problemas ou atrasos no desembaraço aduaneiro.
• Manter a conformidade com as regulamentações aduaneiras, leis comerciais e políticas internas da empresa.
• Interagir com despachantes aduaneiros, órgãos governamentais, agentes de carga, transportadoras e clientes.
• Revisar faturas comerciais, listas de embalagem, códigos HS, certificados e documentos de embarque.
• Apoiar auditorias aduaneiras e manter registros organizados para fins de conformidade.
• Analisar o desempenho operacional e identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos. • Fornecer orientação e suporte às equipes operacionais em relação aos procedimentos e requisitos alfandegários.
• Garantir a classificação tarifária adequada e a aplicação das normas de importação/exportação.
• Monitorar os KPIs relacionados ao prazo de desembaraço aduaneiro, conformidade e qualidade do serviço.
• Escalar problemas operacionais ou de conformidade críticos quando necessário.
• Apoiar a implementação de novos processos alfandegários, sistemas ou atualizações regulatórias.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or international logistics.

Requisitos y habilidades funcionales


Título profesional en Ingeniería civil, Logística o carrera afín.
Experiencia comprobada, operativa y comercial en Project Freight Forwarding (Proyectos y Carga de Proyecto).
Trayectoria en desarrollo de negocios y/o ventas B2B, gestionando licitaciones y oportunidades de ciclo largo.
Conocimiento sólido de soluciones logísticas multimodales y de los requerimientos propios de proyectos (planificación, riesgos, coordinación de múltiples actores).
Capacidad para leer, interpretar y preparar documentación técnico-comercial asociada a proyectos y licitaciones.
Inglés fluido oral y escrito (imprescindible para interacción con clientes, proveedores y equipos internacionales).&lt;br /&gt;

Principais Responsabilidades

Colaborar de perto com as equipes internas (Vendas, Operações, TI, Atendimento ao Cliente, etc.) para coletar requisitos e desenvolver planos de projeto.

Configurar sistemas e processos de acordo com os requisitos operacionais e do cliente, incluindo integração de dados, mapeamento de processos e treinamento de usuários.

Acompanhar o progresso do projeto, identificar riscos ou gargalos e resolver problemas proativamente para garantir a entrega dentro do prazo.

Ihr Profil

The Tender Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and coordinating BID processes to support new business opportunities. This role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing and submitting proposals, and ensuring all BID activities are carried out efficiently and in alignment with company standards. The Tender Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, improve proposal quality, and enhance the success rate of winning new contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and organize BID requirements and documentation
Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data for proposals
Ensure compliance with company procedures and client specifications
Contribute to process improvements and best practices in BID management&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience in tender/BID management or related field preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant BID management tools&lt;br /&gt;
