Vous êtes passionné(e) par le management opérationnel et souhaitez rejoindre un acteur majeur du transport ? L'agence GEODIS de Bourges recherche son/sa futur(e) Responsable d'Exploitation ! Rattaché(e) directement à Emmanuel, notre Directeur d'agence, vous évoluerez au sein d'une structure à taille humaine composée de 40 collaborateurs, où la proximité et l'esprit d'équipe sont au cœur de notre quotidien. Votre périmètre englobera la gestion de 26 collaborateurs en propre, dont 20 conducteurs et 6 agents de quai, qui assurent chaque jour 17 tournées de distribution et 3 lignes de traction de nuit. Ce contexte dynamique et opérationnel vous permettra de jouer un rôle central dans la performance et la cohésion des équipes. Vos missions principales seront : • Piloter l'activité opérationnelle de l'agence et garantir la qualité de service auprès de nos clients ; • Encadrer, animer et accompagner les équipes au quotidien ; • Gérer et optimiser les moyens humains et matériels ; • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance ; • Être garant du respect des procédures, de la réglementation transport et des consignes de sécurité ; • Assurer le suivi des relations avec les partenaires internes et externes ; • Veiller à la bonne gestion administrative de l'exploitation. Votre profil : Manager de terrain, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 3 ans dans le management sur un environnement similaire. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre leadership et votre réactivité. Votre capacité à fédérer et à être force de proposition fera la différence ! Dans le cadre du renforcement de son activité transport en température dirigée, Geodis D&E Healthcare Expert recrute un Agent d'Exploitation (H/F) pour son agence de Saran (45). Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d'Exploitation, vous assurerez la planification des tournées des conducteurs et aurez pour principales missions : - de coordonner les activités transport au sein du périmètre qui vous est attribué ; - de suivre et piloter les départs en tournées des conducteurs de votre périmètre ; - d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations de transport et de la qualité de service ; - d'être garant du respect de la réglementation sociale en vigueur ; - d'optimiser l'ensemble des indicateurs de votre activité.

Nous recherchons un opérationnel de terrain, dynamique, autonome, polyvalent et vif d'esprit ayant une première expérience. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et faites preuve des qualités indispensable à la fonction : réactivité, rigueur, force de propositions et esprit d'équipe.
