O Coordenador de Desembaraço Aduaneiro é responsável por coordenar e gerenciar as atividades de desembaraço aduaneiro para remessas de importação e exportação, garantindo a conformidade com as regulamentações aduaneiras locais e internacionais. Este profissional atua como um elo fundamental entre clientes, autoridades aduaneiras, despachantes aduaneiros, transportadoras e equipes operacionais internas para garantir o desembaraço de cargas de forma precisa e oportuna, minimizando atrasos, penalidades e riscos operacionais.

Principais Responsabilidades
• Coordenar os processos de desembaraço aduaneiro de ponta a ponta para remessas de importação e exportação.
• Garantir que toda a documentação aduaneira esteja correta, completa e seja enviada dentro dos prazos exigidos.
• Monitorar o status das remessas e resolver proativamente problemas ou atrasos no desembaraço aduaneiro.
• Manter a conformidade com as regulamentações aduaneiras, leis comerciais e políticas internas da empresa.
• Interagir com despachantes aduaneiros, órgãos governamentais, agentes de carga, transportadoras e clientes.
• Revisar faturas comerciais, listas de embalagem, códigos HS, certificados e documentos de embarque.
• Apoiar auditorias aduaneiras e manter registros organizados para fins de conformidade.
• Analisar o desempenho operacional e identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos. • Fornecer orientação e suporte às equipes operacionais em relação aos procedimentos e requisitos alfandegários.
• Garantir a classificação tarifária adequada e a aplicação das normas de importação/exportação.
• Monitorar os KPIs relacionados ao prazo de desembaraço aduaneiro, conformidade e qualidade do serviço.
• Escalar problemas operacionais ou de conformidade críticos quando necessário.
• Apoiar a implementação de novos processos alfandegários, sistemas ou atualizações regulatórias.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience working with customs brokers and government systems.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, tariff classification, and international shipping documentation.
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations is highly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, or customs systems is considered an advantage.&lt;br /&gt;

17. Atender las solicitudes por el cliente y Site Manager. 
18. Adecuar y maximizar las áreas y espacios en rack para generar ahorros. 
19. Reportar cualquier incidente o accidente que ocurra dentro del SITE. 
20. Reportar cualquier falta de probidad dentro del SITE. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Educación académica Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio Internacional o Ingeniería

Buscamos incorporar un/a Project Logistics Operations Analyst, con foco en asegurar la continuidad operativa y el control administrativo del servicio desde nuestras oficinas de GEODIS en San Isidro, Lima, . Principales responsabilidades

Administrar y mantener la plantilla maestra del proyecto, asegurando consistencia y trazabilidad de la información.
Completar y controlar campos operativos clave (por ejemplo: facturado, estado, identificación, demurrage, transporte a almacén temporal, devolución).
Coordinar el retiro de contenedores entre GEODIS, almacén temporal y transportistas, asegurando alineación de secuencia y tiempos.
Asignar contenedores por transportista y apoyar la planificación de la operación de retiro tanto desde puerto como desde el almacén temporal.
Administrar urgencias asociadas a demurrage &amp; detention, realizando seguimiento y escalamiento cuando corresponda.
Preparar y enviar informes operacionales periódicos al cliente.
Revisar y administrar informes de Survey, asegurando recepción, control y seguimiento.
Gestionar información para facturación de almacenaje al cliente (consolidación y control de datos requeridos).
Recibir y administrar POD digital del site, asegurando disponibilidad y orden documental.
Recibir y canalizar solicitudes de retiro del cliente, coordinando su seguimiento con las áreas operativas correspondientes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Requisitos

Grado técnico o universitario en Comercio Exterior, Administración de Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
Mínimo 2 años en el puesto o similares.

•	Specialists monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
