Funciones:


A. Funciones en CAMPO

• Supervisar la descarga de contenedores 
• Coordinar la descarga y ejecutar el almacenamiento según las indicaciones del cliente ((apilamiento, layout, ubicación)
• Asegurar que no se realicen cambios en la disposición de la carga sin instrucción expresa del cliente.
• Coordinar con personal del cliente durante las recepciones.
• Supervisar la correcta toma de evidencias fotográficas
• Detectar y reportar el mismo día cualquier daño o faltante relacionado con la carga
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas HSE durante la descarga y almacenamiento.
• Coordinar el orden de atención de camiones durante la descarga de contenedores.
• Coordinar y supervisar el despacho de la mercadería cuando el cliente lo requiera.
• Atender y coordinar el ingreso de camiones para despacho.
• Verificar que los bultos despachados correspondan a la instrucción de salida del cliente.
• Asegurar que solo se despache mercadería autorizada.


B. Funciones en OFICINA

• Elaborar reportes, indicadores e información operativa a solicitud del cliente y/o de la jefatura directa.
• Centralizar, custodiar y administrar la documentación operativa del proyecto.
• Mantener comunicación y coordinación permanente con las áreas internas involucradas en el proyecto.
• Apoyar en tareas administrativas relacionadas con la operación del proyecto.
• Dar seguimiento a requerimientos administrativos u operativos solicitados por la jefatura directa.

Requisitos

• Título Técnico o Universitario en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o carreta afines.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Project Logistics Operations Analyst, con foco en asegurar la continuidad operativa y el control administrativo del servicio desde nuestras oficinas de GEODIS en San Isidro, Lima, . Principales responsabilidades

Completar y controlar campos operativos clave (por ejemplo: facturado, estado, identificación, demurrage, transporte a almacén temporal, devolución).
Coordinar el retiro de contenedores entre GEODIS, almacén temporal y transportistas, asegurando alineación de secuencia y tiempos.
Asignar contenedores por transportista y apoyar la planificación de la operación de retiro tanto desde puerto como desde el almacén temporal.
Administrar urgencias asociadas a demurrage &amp; detention, realizando seguimiento y escalamiento cuando corresponda.
Preparar y enviar informes operacionales periódicos al cliente.
Revisar y administrar informes de Survey, asegurando recepción, control y seguimiento.
Gestionar información para facturación de almacenaje al cliente (consolidación y control de datos requeridos).
Recibir y administrar POD digital del site, asegurando disponibilidad y orden documental.
