Based in Czech Republic, in Pribram, as the QHSE Officer across our sites in Slovakia and Czech Republic, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement in all matters related to Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment (QHSE), as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). You will work closely with site directors and operational teams to promote a safe, sustainable, and socially responsible workplace.

Main Responsibilities:
•	Ensure ongoing regulatory monitoring and compliance for all HSE matters.
•	Oversee and annually update HSE risk assessments; support Site Directors in implementing corrective action plans.
•	Define and optimize processes to ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and standards.
•	Ensure the coordination of local QHSE Management Systems to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and drive their continuous improvement.
•	Coordinate the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of key QHSE performance indicators.
•	Lead the preparation and follow-up of QHSE audits (internal and external).
•	Support operational teams in analyzing workplace accidents and provide safety expertise when necessary.
•	Advise and support the launch of new activities requiring specialized QHSE expertise.
•	Drive CSR initiatives, including but not limited to: 
o	Promoting sustainable business practices and environmental stewardship on all sites.
o	Coordinating CSR awareness campaigns and staff training.
o	Monitoring and reporting on CSR KPIs, such as carbon footprint, waste reduction, and social impact.
o	Engaging with local communities and stakeholders to support company social responsibility goals.
o	Supporting the implementation of company Diversity &amp; Inclusion (D&amp;I) policies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You are a graduate for a Master in QHSE Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment;

You have at least 3 years' experience in the QSE field, ideally with knowledge of a transport activity.

Skills required :
•	Proven experience in QHSE management, ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
•	Knowledge of CSR principles and practical application in an industrial/logistics environment.
•	Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•	Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Work closely with sales teams and network agents to prepare accurate and competitive quotations promptly.
Reach out to shipping lines, inland haulage companies, network agents, or any necessary service provider partners to gather freight offers based on the destination and transit time requirements provided in requests.
Keep the pricing database up-to-date and submit related monthly reports accurately and on time.
Actively address and solve issues related to the pricing process, including freight, location, and equipment problems.
Develop and continuously expand a local network of carriers and a global network of agents to ensure optimal routes, pricing, and other freight options for customers.
Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers and conduct visits when necessary.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	At least 2 years of ocean freight pricing experience.
•	Effective communication in English
•	Responsible, attentive, solution-focused and team-oriented
•	Good time management skills to stay on top of multiple deadlines for multiple bids in parallel.
•	Good communication and interpersonal skills to properly engage with regional and country stakeholders and pricing teams of different cultural backgrounds.
•	Strong analytical mind ideally paired with operational experience to analyze customer requirements and be able to quickly understand the requests.
•	Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
•	Microsoft Office proficient.
•	Proficient with Cargo Wise software or open to learn.&lt;br /&gt;

Organizing internal transportation/warehouse/cargo securing/insurance/weighing processes if necessary or requested.
Coordinating the weighing result with the customer, internal transporter, airport operation, and customs broker.
Keeping in communication with customers' customs brokers and tracking until declarations are closed.
Checking flight departure and informing the customer.
Sending pre-alert documents to the overseas office based on the flight departure and uploading the relevant documents to the NXG system as e-docs.
If the shipment is payable in Turkey, checking with the finance department whether the company has a term/credit definition.
Sealing the income invoice issued from NXG through the soft system and then sharing it with the customer.
Entering milestone dates into the NXG system timely and accurately at every stage of the operation and in line with the company's KPI targets.
Performing a final check to ensure that income and expense items are entered correctly into NXG.
