O Analista de Vendas Internas é responsável por apoiar o processo de vendas por meio da análise de dados, qualificação de leads e comunicação eficaz com clientes potenciais e existentes. O Analista Sênior de Vendas Internas atua como um elo fundamental entre os clientes e as equipes internas, garantindo uma experiência superior para o cliente. Principais Responsabilidades: - Analisar dados de vendas, tendências de mercado e informações do cliente para identificar oportunidades de crescimento de receita e expansão de contas. - Qualificar leads inbound e identificar proativamente novos prospects por meio de pesquisa e prospecção orientada por dados. - Preparar e apresentar apresentações, propostas e orçamentos personalizados para as necessidades do cliente. - Colaborar com as equipes de Vendas, Operações, Precificação e Atendimento ao Cliente para garantir a entrega de soluções perfeitas e a satisfação do cliente. - Manter registros precisos das interações com os clientes, atividades de vendas e gerenciamento do pipeline em sistemas de CRM (por exemplo, Salesforce). - Acompanhar as métricas de desempenho de vendas e gerar relatórios regulares para análise da gerência. - Apoiar a integração de novos clientes e facilitar a transição para a equipe de operações. - Mantenha-se informado sobre as tendências do setor, as atividades da concorrência e os produtos oferecidos pela GEODIS. - Forneça treinamento e orientação aos membros juniores da equipe, conforme necessário.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales analysis, or business development, preferably in logistics or supply chain. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Results-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
