KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•	Work with account management team to support day-to-day operations and correspondence between internal and external customer.
•	Prepare regular KPIs to support management review.
•	Collect necessary documents according to defined process, responsible for record retention.
•	Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to conduct operational execution in accordance of business controls and support compliance testing based on criteria set with customers. The scope of tests covers operations managed by customer's service providers (LLPs. LSPs etc.), provide supporting documentation and evidence to support testing process.
•	Support periodic customer and government audits and reviews relating to activities performed for OMS trade compliance support.
•	Prepare commercial and shipping documents on behalf of customers.
•	Maintain systems access controls as stipulated by customer.
•	Other assignments from Management as required.
•	Analytical Expertise to analyse areas of improvement and provide corrective/preventive actions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
DESIRED MINIMUM PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education: 
•	University Degree
•	Logistics/Supply Chain/International Trade background preferred

Language: 
•	Fluent English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking

Essential Skills and abilities:
•	Familiar of end-end domestic / international operations
•	Expertise in Trade Compliance requirements of international flows
•	Good sense of risk management from operation process perspective
•	Experience in coordination across countries and cultures
•	Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
•	Good analytical skills, detailed and understands data collection and statistics
•	Strong numerical and computer literacy (advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting preparation)
•	Experience in operational execution in WMS/TMS or other logistics system
•	Well organized and able to work independently.
•	Results-driven and self-motivated under pressure
•	Timely/Quality execution of tasks assigned
•	Ability to work as part of a team and customer-oriented
•	Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve work outside normal business hours and at weekends 

Experience (specify minimum periods):
•	At least 4 to 5 years experience in logistics and supply chain industry.
•	At least 4 to 5 years experience in operation (prefer in Hi Tech industry related warehousing and transportation activities).
•	At least 4 to 5 years experience in a multicultural environment.
•	Experience of business controls/risk management/compliance testing and audits will be an advantage.
•	At least years experience in a multicultural environment within global organization.
