O Analista Júnior de Suporte Técnico (TI) fornece suporte técnico de primeiro nível aos funcionários da GEODIS, solucionando problemas de hardware, software e rede. Este profissional é responsável por registrar e resolver incidentes, encaminhar problemas mais complexos e garantir alta satisfação do cliente com os serviços de TI. O candidato ideal é proativo, orientado ao cliente e deseja desenvolver suas habilidades em TI em um ambiente dinâmico e global.

Principais Responsabilidades

Ser o primeiro ponto de contato para solicitações de suporte de TI por telefone, e-mail e sistema de tickets.

Registrar, categorizar e priorizar incidentes e solicitações de serviço de acordo com as melhores práticas do ITIL.

Solucionar problemas básicos de hardware, software e conectividade para usuários finais.

Encaminhar problemas não resolvidos para equipes de suporte de TI de nível superior, conforme necessário.

Acompanhar os tickets em aberto para garantir a resolução oportuna e a satisfação do usuário.

Orientar os usuários sobre processos, ferramentas e melhores práticas de TI padrão.

Auxiliar no gerenciamento de contas de usuário (redefinição de senhas, direitos de acesso, integração/desligamento). Documentar soluções e contribuir para a base de conhecimento de TI.

Apoiar a gestão do inventário de ativos de TI e a configuração básica de dispositivos (laptops, impressoras, periféricos).

Participar em atividades contínuas de formação e desenvolvimento em TI.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or customer support environment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Active Directory is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.&lt;br /&gt;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•	Work with account management team to support day-to-day operations and correspondence between internal and external customer.
•	Prepare regular KPIs to support management review.

•	Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to conduct operational execution in accordance of business controls and support compliance testing based on criteria set with customers. DESIRED MINIMUM PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education: 
•	University Degree
•	Logistics/Supply Chain/International Trade background preferred

Language: 
•	Fluent English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking

Essential Skills and abilities:
•	Familiar of end-end domestic / international operations
•	Expertise in Trade Compliance requirements of international flows
•	Good sense of risk management from operation process perspective
•	Experience in coordination across countries and cultures

•	At least 4 to 5 years experience in operation (prefer in Hi Tech industry related warehousing and transportation activities).
•	At least 4 to 5 years experience in a multicultural environment.
•	Experience of business controls/risk management/compliance testing and audits will be an advantage.

•Lead and manage Device as a Service(DaaS) Workstation as a service(WaaS) &amp; Any think as

•Update the MPO and Service now orders
•Interact with client and 3PL to manage the services level requirement (SLA).

•Managing the DaaS and WaaS service requirements.

Key Activities / Accountabilities
Device delivery, management &amp; RMA services (ComputaCenter) – Forward &amp; Reverse
•Ticket management on ServiceNow for device delivery, management and RMA services.
• Review &amp; managing the repository of Inbound, Outbound shipping documents including the
PODs.
• Coordination with supplier for vehicle placement, pickup, delivery, device repairs and TAT
management.
• Coordination with customer for the services rendered, repair quotation approvals,
• Preparing and publishing MIS to customers.
• MPO order creation and preparing the report of the same.
• Billing report preparation, validation and submission
• Act as a single point of contact for country team, customers and suppliers for end-to-end
Daas , WaaS and XaaS service requirements.
MPO Update.
•Order creation - Manual data entry, Data entry via mass upload and order Verification
•Order creation - EDI update management from client &amp; supplier
•Modifications for inputs received manually/EDI
•Monitor unallocated orders and allocation (through system or manually)
•Adhoc order management and allocation
•Input business event manually/mass upload/EDI and monitor the data.
•Monitor, update and validate operational data for billing
•Manage exception process
• Review control reports and seek IT support for issue resolution and correction
• Customer View – Web portal to help customer in case track and trace access is required.
• Maintain master report of all geoflow orders status /pending /current details of validation etc.
• Establish and monitor supplier performance for all inputs/EDI accurately for timely, accurate
billing
• Ability to run business analytical tools ( BI, Cognos, Tableau etc
Supplier Relationship Management:
Maintaining good relationship with supplier to gain support and support growth of the supplier's
partnership with us. Including bringing innovation from-outside-in to support GSCO's vision of
value creation to customers.
Expanding supplier base to ensure most competitive rates achieved from the market.
Supplier selection and evaluation for existing and new customer requirements and ensuring
that suppliers are appropriately inducted into the GSCO Vendor List.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications &amp; Certificates
•Bachelor's/ University degree in Supply Chain Management
•At Least three to five years work experience in supplier management or sourcing.
•Able to speak, read and write English fluently is required.
•Good understanding of Supply Chain, Warehouse &amp; Transportation with respect to
operations, supplier management and billing.
•Should have thorough knowledge of understanding supplier contracts/customer contract rate
card including accessorial, terms and conditions, service requirements, penalties, discounts
etc. as applicable to 4PL and 3PL.
•Should be well versed in Freight bill verification tools and supply chain operations.
•Good knowledge &amp; experience using reporting / analytical tools (Excel, Bi, Cognos, Tableau
etc.)
•Understanding of all the Operations processes and capable of mapping to customer
requirements.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and provide insights using reports and data.
•Proficient in using MS office and ability to learn new IT tools as applicable for business.
•Good team player and ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
•CI 2 and out of box thinking
Preferred Experience and Knowledge (number of years, type of experience)
•Good communication and presentation skill.
