We are looking for our future apprentice Group Talent Development. You will be assigned to the group's Talent Development Department and will work in direct collaboration with the Director of HR Development.

You will contribute to the implementation of our organization's talent development policies and processes on an international scale. You will contribute to the management of HR development initiatives: leadership development, employee experience, mobility, etc.

Main RESPONSABILITIES:

• You will support in the implementation of international High Potential policies and processes from identification to evaluation, development and retention.

• You will participate in the annual People Review process (Succession Plans for senior management positions and Group Talent Review).

• You will support the TopEx/Executive programs at an international level.

• You will contribute to the various Talent Development projects of the team (Deployment and implementation of Development centers for TopEx nominations...)

Profil du candidat

Let's talk about you :

• You are graduating from a Master's level in Human Resources or Business School with a first experience in Human Resources, ideally in Talent Management and/or HR Development
• You have the ability to analyze, listen and observe
• You are autonomous, organized and detail-oriented
• You are a team player and problem solver
• You have very good cross-functional communication skills (multi-country, multi-function, etc.)
• You have an ability to make recommendations, be assertive and pro-active
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
• Professional English (worldwide scope), French is a plus
